Title – CNSP Guidance document update – Estates Data submission

Change to: CNSP Guidance document, Para 1

Dialogue – The frequency of the submission of the HSCN Estate Data template (Reporting Requirements v1.1) needs updating to state that it is as per the frequency section within the control tab, not within 10 working days.

Title – HSCN Monthly Performance Report Template Change

Change to: Service Management Addendum, v1.1, Section 10, Sub-Section 10.1, Para 1

Dialogue – The monthly performance report needs updating due to an error in the requested data. The current reports asks for access connectivity level performance levels, and the OF requires WAN level. The report needs updating to reflect WAN SLAs
