
London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) are a not-for-profit buying organisation owned by the members for the members. Their sole aim is to secure best possible value for the members in the procurement of goods and services, without causing harm to others. They work collaboratively with other higher education purchasing consortia in the UK to manage more than 100 EU-compliant framework agreements.

Desktops and Notebooks
The National Desktop and Notebook Agreement (NDNA) is managed by the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) on behalf of the Universities and Colleges Information Systems Association (UCISA).
The Agreement is open to all HE institutions, research councils and eligible associated bodies throughout the UK. As well as departmental purchasers, the Agreement is also open to staff and students for private purchases
