Framework Scope –

The framework will cover the Supply, Installation, Management, maintenance and disposal of Data Centre Equipment & Data Cenre Infrastructure plus data centre design and Consultancy. Equipment and/or Infrastructure may be required to existing or brand-new Data Centre environments, for example for fit out, for refurbishment, for relocation or for upgrade purposes.

Equipment and Infrastructure includes Uninterrupted Power Supplies, cooling equipment, generators, gas & fire supression systems, PDUs, server & network racks, cabinets, blanking panels, building management equipment, monitoring equipment, modular and mobile data centre infrastructure as part of modular or prefab units. Data centre related design and consultancy services is included. This list is not exhaustive.

  • Lot 1: Integrated and Unified Communications – Includes: Hardware, Software, Provisioning and Support of UC Solution / Infrastructure as a Service including managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
  • Lot 2: IP Telephony, Voice Over IP and Call Packages – Includes: Hardware, Software, Management Systems, Provisioning and Support of IP Telephony and VOIP Solutions / Infrastructure as a Service including managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
  • Lot 3: WAN, VPN and Broadband – Includes: Hardware, Software, Management Systems, Provisioning and Support of WAN, MAN, Campus, VPN & Third Party Broadband Services / Infrastructure as a Service including managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
  • Lot 4: LAN and Associated Services – Includes: Hardware, Software, Management Systems, Provisioning and Support of LAN Infrastructure / Infrastructure as a Service including managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
  • Lot 5: PABX Systems, PSTN Lines, Call Packages and Billing Solutions – Includes: Hardware, Software, Management Systems, Provisioning and Support of PABX, PSTN Calling & Billing services / Infrastructure as a Service including managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
  • Lot 6: Mobiles including Devices, Air Time and Services – Includes: Hardware, Provisioning, Warranty and Support of Mobiles, SIM and Airtime packages including Hardware, Software, Management Systems, Provisioning and Support of WiFi &and 5G Solutions / Infrastructure as a Service. Also includes managed services i.e Service Desk, Service Delivery, Remote Monitoring, IT Service Operations, Procurement, Support, Maintenance and Warranties.
