Kelvin is Information and Marketing Director for Innopsis, responsible for promoting access to information about the government ICT spend and helping Innopsis members to understand how the market functions.
His background is in management consultancy, involved in delivering some of the largest ICT deals in the 2000′s, including BP’s £750M telecoms outsourcing to Worldcom, Sabre’s £1.4BN sale of its infrastructure outsourcing business to EDS, and the UK MOD’s £3BN Defence Information Infrastructure Project. He has worked with large clients including Steria, EADS (now Cassidian), the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Justice and a range of smaller companies including processfour, the Agile Delivery Network and Actica Consulting.
He currently works as Head of Specialist Sales for O2’s Enterprise and Public Sector business.
Outside work, he is a cricket nut and bass player. He has the privilege of fronting the Extra Covers, the finest covers band in the north Thatcham area (now that’s an example of niche marketing!).”
